No one there when you answer phone - they do not say anything - after few seconds i hang up - Want these calls to stop - Am on the Do Not Call List and they still call

Called my cell phone, and left a blank voicemail. I called the number back, but there was a busy signal both times.

I missed the call, called the number back and after hearing who the person was, i said i was not interested and wanted to be removed from their call list. He said that i did not want to do that and i should say yes and again, i asked to be removed. He then told me that if i wanted to be removed from their list, he was going to kill my pets. Again, i said remove me from your list and he said" how would you like me to lick your pussy?" i then hung up and called back for a supervisor and none was provided. I told them of the previous persons actions and they laughed and said they would remove me from their list.

This was apparently Wells Fargo Bank calling to offer something like an insurance plan to customers. Am not interested, so I didn't answer or call back.
